Fishing Girls

Hunting, Fishing Can Be a 'Girl Thing' Too
By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Trent_Kososki]Trent Kososki
Genetic code aside, nowhere in the book of life does it say that hunting and fishing have to be for men alone. Not only are more and more women getting in on the act, but they are also heading to where the wild things are with the guys in their life. Couples are finding a whole new reason to be together as couples.
"My husband has been hunting for years, " says Deana Poston of Burlington, Kentucky. "At first, I believe he thought that it was not necessarily a 'girl thing, ' so he would go with groups of guys and leave me at home to do my thing."
Her husband Seth began with water fowl and went to North Dakota every year to hunt duck and geese with friends. Pheasant and quail brought him closer to home.
"I decided to come along one day, " she says, "and could not believe that I actually enjoyed it. I started shooting more often and eventually became a pretty good shot. We did some dove hunting at a farm owned by my cousin, and then moved into the deer stands. We decided that we wanted to travel more, and thought planning hunting trips was a good way to do that."
He would go off to hunt bear or maybe fish in Canada, and they would also go off fishing. But the big surprise for Deana Poston came on land and in the air.
"We have always liked to fish together, " she says, "but I did not realize we could also enjoy hunting together. We have found that hunting and fishing has been an excellent way for us to spend quality time together. We have been all over the United States, throughout the Caribbean, and South Africa together. Seth has been to Canada and Argentina as well. We have plans this year to visit many new and exciting countries."
Even with a couple as well-traveled as Seth and Deana, the experience at Kodiak Legends Lodge (KLL) in Alaska still stood out as "amazing." Seth, looking for a trip to take with some very important clients-who happened to be hunters-discovered KLL online and began the process of booking a week at the lodge.
"We were instantly hooked on the idea of KLL, " Deana Poston says. "We have spent countless hours telling friends and family how much we enjoyed our stay there. Our time at KLL was our first visit to Alaska. We were awestruck by the beauty of this state, and the friendly, helpful people we met there."
KLL was also able to accommodate the other wives, some of whom found many things to do at the lodge that did not involve hunting or fishing.
"This trip was one of the best trips we have ever taken, " she remembers. "I don't think I have ever been more relaxed in my entire life. Whether it was deep sea fishing for halibut and cod, going out in the bay for whale watching, hiking the mountains, hunting for black sitka deer or caribou, fishing the fresh waters for salmon or trout, walking along the beach and observing the sea otters and seals play in the water, flying to the glaciers, checking out the wildlife and watching bears-or literally doing nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub or eating delicious meals-it was the trip of a lifetime."
Bald eagles landing just a few feet away, with otters cracking clams on their bellies close enough to see them breathing, "and bears up close and personal." As they stood on the boat they could see and hear the water spouts of whales.
"Then huge whales would surface, " she says, "and you could watch their majestic tails as they breached the water. It was breathtaking."
In the evenings they would go down to the beach together to start a big bonfire. They "took the time to breathe, " and to enjoy all the glorious surroundings in a "quiet and private and wonderful" place far from their old Kentucky home.
"After all these years together, " Deana Poston says of hunting and fishing with her husband, "we have something in common. I don't know that you could ever duplicate the experience we had our first time at KLL, but I will say we cannot wait to get back there and make new memories once again."

What do you think of this anti-woman Dystopia?
Church of Adam-a radical Christian church that preach about 'the First Man' and are deeply Anti-feminist, polygamous, nonsmokers, teetotalers and advocate family values, Quiverfull, biblical patriarchy. They firmly believe that women should stay at home doing housework and being passive, docile and meek. Whilst they cherish their wives/daughters like jewels/flowers, the Church elders secretly believe that women do not have souls. They teach to the young boys that one day God will take away their maternal love and make them gods like him. They separate the girls from the boys by toys and games; boys play with toy rifles, swords, telescopes and fishing; girls play with dolls, dress up as princesses, playing mommy and playing damsels in distress. Girls are not allowed to go to collage/school or work outside the home. Instead girls are home-schooled while boys are at school learning how to be lawyers, doctors and businessmen. Women can have meetings but only in a tea party and only talk about purity, virtues, biblical femininity, reading the psalms and books about Christian house-wifery and marriage duties and roles.
Everywhere in their church has images of masculine figures (as handsome and slightly nude and tall) and some feminine figures (as petite and plump and less pretty) and other female figures as temptresses (as snake-like and revealing). But in the altar there is the statue of the biblical Adam; tale, physically fit, a fig leaf and golden-toned.
well this is about the setting first, I deal with the story later.
There is a ministry called Vision Forum and it does believe that women should stay at home. There is even a movement called Stay at home Daughters or Christian Patriarchy. And my story is about a young woman trying to find a way out of this dystopia before she becomes like a 'Stepford Wife'

are these signs of cheating?
1. One day I went to his work, my gut told me that he was up to no good. He gets off at 1:30 and it was around 2 pm. His truck wasn't there so I texted him. He said "im at wk", and then I said "ur truck isnt here where r u really" and he took about 20 minutes to respond this time and said "im eating wit the boss"... so he was "eating w/ the boss" up until about 6 pm or so. I left him alone for a while but around 3 i started calling him, no pick up. i kept calling and calling and calling, no answer. finally he called at 6 with a nonchalante attitude and i was so upset that i said i was going to pack his bags and he's leaving my house. so he comes home, in a fit of rage, and gets his stuff to leave. within 10 minutes i said "no dont leave i was just angry, you lied to me, u werent at work" etc etc. but he was mad so he said he's leaving.
2. he's out of the house now, we're separated but trying to work things out. So we have a phone plan together, then out of the blue he cancels his phone and goes to another carrier. didn't even inform me.
3. his dad had a phone that wasn't in use anymore, his dad passed away so i understand him keeping the phone, but not keeping it in service. i told him to cut the service, he doesn't need to have 2 phones on him. he said he did. about a few weeks later, i find that same phone in the back of his truck in a compartment. i turned it on, and there's one message in the inbox there saying something like "just got outta the shower" , nothing more.
4. we were at a restraunt, IHOP, and he got a txt at like midnight saying "oh you looked cute with (a girls name) and that is a girl who i was suspicious about at his workplace. so i told him "what is this about, is it that fish girl you keep flirting w/?" then he got mad that i was looking at his phone and punched me on my leg. funny thing is this, i picked him up from his place so i was his ride home, the whole way home, he kept raising his hand at me like he was going to hit me, so i kept drifting to the left side of the road. he yelled at me that i was a slut and that i was the reason why our marriage failed, etc.
we're fixing to get a divorce and now he says he's "changed" and all that jazz but i'm over it now. i just want closure.. i cant help but feel incomplete because i want him to admit it
